When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
- Pharmacy Error: If we made an error in your order
- Damaged Goods: Products damaged during shipping
- Wrong Item: If you received the wrong product
- Over-the-Counter: Unopened OTC products within 30 days
- Defective Medical Devices: Within 14 days of purchase

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
- Full Refund: For pharmacy errors, damaged items, or wrong items shipped
- Store Credit: For OTC returns without receipt
- Shipping Costs: Refunded only if error was on our part
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive returned item
- Payment Method: Refunded to original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Prescription medications
- Opened OTC products
- Personal care items
- Medical supplies
- Temperature-sensitive products
- Custom-compounded medications
- Sale/clearance items
- Gift cards
Medication Safety & Disposal
Safe Disposal: Do not flush medications. Use local medication take-back programs or follow FDA disposal guidelines for unused medications.
If you have unused medications:
- Check for local medication take-back programs
- Follow FDA disposal instructions
- Never share prescription medications
- Store medications safely away from children and pets
Insurance & Copay Refunds
If your insurance company paid for medication you cannot use:
- Contact your insurance provider directly
- We can provide documentation for insurance claims
- Copay refunds require insurance company approval
- Process may take 30-45 days
