Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all 50 states in the US. International shipping is not available at this time due to regulatory restrictions on pharmaceutical products.
Prescription Medication Shipping
- All prescription medications are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging when required
- Controlled substances require adult signature (21+)
- Refrigerated medications are shipped with ice packs and temperature monitors
- We cannot leave prescription medications unattended
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package in real-time through our website or mobile app.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain medications have shipping restrictions:
- Temperature-sensitive medications may have limited shipping options during extreme weather
- Some states have additional regulations for specific medications
- Controlled substances cannot be shipped to PO boxes
- We reserve the right to delay shipping during severe weather conditions
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery:
Package Not Received
Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and reship if necessary.
Damaged Package
Take photos of the damaged package and contents, then contact us immediately. Do not use damaged medications.
Temperature Issues
If temperature monitor indicates exposure, contact us for immediate replacement.
